The Mind Eraser cocktail is a variation on the Black Russian<\/a> with the addition of soda water on the top. The bubbles make this drink. It tastes like a fizzy coffee drink. Although the name suggests a high volume of alcohol that will erase your mind, this drink is actually a lightened up version. It’s not as intense as the name might suggest (20% ABV). So because of the funny name you can feel like a badass, while actually suffering no mind erasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
